Description & RequirementsAs a Technical Program Manager for Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), you will coordinate large-scale, engineering programs focused on system reliability, scaling, and automation. You will define and manage programs, roadmaps, milestones, success criteria, resource allocation, and delivery needed for PI&E internal operations.
You will report to the Director of Program Management.
Responsibilities:- You will increase adoption of SRE best practices such as AI automation to reduce toil, error budgets, SLIs/SLOs.
- You will ensure compliance with security, privacy, and regulatory standards in all reliability projects.
- You will maintain quarterly roadmaps for SRE projects in collaboration with platform engineering teams, providing clear goals, scenarios, and customer requirements.
- You will establish and track metrics for operational performance, partner satisfaction, adoption, and retention to guide prioritization and measure the impact.
- You will manage programs that improve platform efficiency, usability, reliability, and deployment practices-including zero-downtime goals.
Qualifications:- 5+ years of experience in technical program management
- Previous experience supporting SRE practices
- Agile Scrum/Kanban proficiency
- Advanced capability in JIRA and JaaS project management platforms
- Experience with cloud providers (AWS, GCP, Azure) distributed environments, and cloud computing

This is a hybrid remote/in-office role based in Vancouver, BC.
Pay Transparency - North AmericaCOMPENSATION AND BENEFITS The ranges listed below are what EA in good faith expects to pay applicants for this role in these locations at the time of this posting. If you reside in a different location, a recruiter will advise on the applicable range and benefits. Pay offered will be determined based on a number of relevant business and candidate factors (e.g. education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, or business needs).
PAY RANGES* British Columbia (depending on location e.g. Vancouver vs. Victoria) *$114,300 - $156,200 CAD
