Role Scope- Build and run the QA program across capacity delivery: standards, audits, and metrics from factory to energization.
- Define quality gates per phase, fabrication, installation, commissioning handover, and make them enforceable, not aspirational.
- Run the nonconformance process: tracked, dispositioned, trended, and fed back to the source.
- Report quality health across the portfolio in numbers leadership acts on.
