Job Summary: We are seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager with deep Payroll domain expertise and hands-on experience managing integrations between SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and ADP. The ideal candidate will lead multiple enterprise programs, including a major automation initiative, while driving alignment across HR, Payroll, IT, and business stakeholders. This role requires strong technical acumen, integration knowledge, executive-level communication skills, and a proven track record delivering large-scale transformation programs.
Must Have: - 8+ years of Program/Project Management experience
- Strong Payroll domain expertise
- SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC)
- DP Payroll integrations (custom integrations preferred)
- Enterprise application integrations (APIs, middleware, file-based interfaces)
- Stakeholder management across HR, Payroll, IT, and Business teams
- Experience leading large-scale transformation or automation initiatives
- Excellent communication and executive presentation skills

- Resource will actively shape how the work gets done-overseeing 4 distinct programs (with 1 main project focused on automation), navigating complex ADP formats, and driving alignment across highly fragmented business teams.
