Minimum qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of experience in program management.

Preferred qualifications:
  • 8 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
  • Experience in machine learning platforms and systems with knowledge of design and deployment of these systems and a strong understanding of the software stack for ML platforms.
  • Excellent program management skills, with the demonstrated ability to successfully drive and land complex cross-functional programs, preferably in the area of hardware/software efficiencies for the data center.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills with the ability to interact with both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong problem-solving, negotiation and organizational skills.

Responsibilities
  • Refine and translate complex technical performance metrics into clear, top-level business outcomes and auditable efficiency savings, and launch tooling and automated dashboards for efficiency metrics.
  • Lead comprehensive strategic planning cycles to develop high-impact, forward-looking operational efficiency roadmaps.
  • Operationalize structured engagement cadences with key cross-functional teams to streamline execution across the unified framework.
  • Partner with key teams (e.g., Finance, MLSA) etc to ensure the metrics defined and tracked translate into business outcomes for Google.
