Technical Program Manager IVitD is seeking a
Technical Program Manager IV to lead the planning, coordination, and delivery of medium-to-large scale technology initiatives supporting enterprise operations and infrastructure programs. This role will play a key part in driving cross-functional execution across automation, AI-enabled solutions, and advanced systems infrastructure initiatives, ensuring successful delivery, operational efficiency, and measurable business outcomes. The ideal candidate will bring deep experience in technology program management, software development processes, and enterprise-scale implementations, along with a proven track record of leading complex programs across multiple stakeholder groups.

Responsibilities- Lead program planning and execution across multiple cross-functional teams, managing scope, milestones, dependencies, risks, and delivery timelines.
- Drive alignment and decision-making among engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to ensure successful program execution.
- Coordinate implementation of technology solutions focused on automation, AI-enabled systems, and advanced infrastructure initiatives.
- Establish and maintain program governance, reporting, documentation, stakeholder communications, and operational cadences.
- Manage risks, issues, dependencies, and trade-offs while developing mitigation strategies and escalating concerns when necessary.
- Utilize project and issue tracking systems to maintain execution transparency, accountability, and delivery progress.
- Identify process inefficiencies and recommend improvements using data analysis, stakeholder feedback, and industry best practices.
- Support organizational change management, adoption planning, and rollout activities to maximize business impact and user adoption.
Internal Responsibilities- Attend regular internal practice community meetings.
- Collaborate with your itD practice team on industry thought leadership.
- Complete client case studies and learning material (blogs, media material).
- Build out material to contribute to the Digital Transformation practice.
- Attend internal itD networking events (in person and virtual).
- Work with leadership on career fast-track opportunities.
Required Qualifications and Skills- 5+ years of experience in technical program management, software delivery, development infrastructure, or related technology-focused program leadership roles.
- Experience leading medium-to-large scale technology solution implementations within automation, AI-enabled systems, or advanced infrastructure environments.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), software delivery methodologies, and engineering best practices.
- Experience utilizing project management and issue tracking systems to manage execution and delivery.
- Demonstrated strategic thinking, analytical problem-solving, and decision-making skills in complex environments.
- Proven ability to operate autonomously across multiple teams while managing competing priorities and delivering results.
- Experience building and maintaining strong cross-functional relationships across engineering, product, operations, and business teams.
- Familiarity with AI and machine learning concepts and their application to business process optimization initiatives.
Preferred Qualifications and Skills- Enterprise operations experience supporting large-scale environments with high volumes of bugs, tickets, incidents, or operational workflows.
- Experience managing programs supporting enterprise tooling, infrastructure, platform engineering, or operational excellence initiatives.
- Previous experience within large technology organizations or highly matrixed environments.
- Familiarity with automation frameworks, workflow optimization, and AI-driven operational solutions.
- Experience supporting change management and large-scale technology adoption efforts.
EducationBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience required.
