- Experience in software development or infrastructure engineering.
Preferred qualifications:- 5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
- Experience collaborating with internal product, engineering, and large customer teams to drive cross-functional programs and roll out new technologies and solutions.

Responsibilities- Define, drive, and execute end-to-end technical programs, roadmaps, and delivery milestones for Google's safe deployment and release infrastructure.
- Partner closely with software engineering leads, product managers, Site Reliability Engineers, and customer teams to align technical roadmaps and manage critical dependencies.
- Establish clear program structures, milestone tracking, risk identification and mitigation strategies, and delivery cadences in complex, distributed environments.
- Design and monitor key adoption funnels, reliability indicators, and operational velocity metrics to track program health, measure business impact, and guide architectural priorities.
- Deliver concise, credible communications and executive-ready status updates for executive leadership, engineering partners, and user communities.
