Minimum qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in program management.
- Experience with SQL and metrics management with data sets.
- Experience working with engineering teams on continuous improvement of automation
Preferred qualifications: - 5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
- Experience in quality measurement, model evaluation, or AI/ML system testing (e.g., trajectory auditing, systemic logic verification).
- Experience in Trust and Safety or a related operational domain.
- Demonstrated experience in designing metrics and working with large datasets (e.g., SQL).
- Understanding of core ML concepts and how Large Language Model (LLM) classifiers and agents function (AI/ML literacy).
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills with attention to detail in an ever-changing environment.

Responsibilities - Ensure that Trust and Safety has the metrics and tools in place to proactively measure and detect quality-related issues throughout its expansive, AI-driven enforcement and labeling ecosystem.
- Own and maintain the quality measurement and reporting strategy for a high-complexity portfolio of product areas.
- Design and architect Human-over-the-Loop (HOTL) workflows and AI evaluation rubrics to ensure the consistent application of nuanced policies.
- Engage in the transition from manual QA to AI-driven predictive insights, anomaly detection, and systemic logic verification.
- Leverage AI co-pilots and tools to automate processes, write scripts, and prototype new safety and quality frameworks.
