Responsibilities - Demonstrate excellent organizational, facilitation and communication skills, consistently delivering results in dynamic and ambiguous situations.
- Manage various programs of work, engage teams and engineers, set the pace for project delivery while developing tactical plans and long term strategy for highly complex projects.
- Become a trusted advisor to decision makers providing valuable insights to the engineering teams, and influence product direction.
- Lead high-impact initiatives with AI first mindset to automate and reduce overall toil advocating the use of AI and agentic development to streamline TPM operations.
- Bring order to chaos and determine what needs to get done in an ambiguous, fluid environment.
