Minimum qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience in program management.

Preferred qualifications:
  • 10 years managing large-scale, dynamic technical projects in the software engineering domain.
  • 10 years of experience in product or technical program management across complex organizations.
  • 5 years of experience leading and growing teams within technical program management or equivalent roles.
  • 5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks with shifting priorities and varying deadlines.
