Minimum qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in program management.

- Experience with the end-to-end software development life cycle (e.g., build, test, and release).
Preferred qualifications:- Master's degree, PhD, or equivalent practical experience in Engineering, Computer Science, or other related technical fields.
- 5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
- Strong technical understanding of large language models (LLMs), retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), or the broader AI/ML development lifecycle.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills and ability to distill complex technical concepts into clear, actionable updates for stakeholders and leadership.
