- Strong technical understanding of large language models (LLMs), retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), or the broader AI/ML development lifecycle.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills and ability to distill complex technical concepts into clear, actionable updates for stakeholders and leadership.

Responsibilities - Oversee end-to-end execution and strategic delivery of complex data pipelines and infrastructure projects to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Drive cross-functional alignment by serving as the primary interface between executive leadership and technical teams (engineers, product, and scientists) to deliver high-impact data products.
- Manage the AI roadmap and oversee the execution of strategic AI initiatives and platforms.
- Negotiate technical dependencies, scope, and timelines related to data infrastructure to support launches and platform improvements.
- Optimize workflows and address operational needs by implementing automated tools and processes, while managing bug fixes and ad hoc service requests.
