They organize project intake, vet and shortlist promising opportunities, conduct technical feasibility reviews, and perform financial assessments to support region-level capacity proposals for senior leadership, including the Senior Vice President for Worldwide Operations. Following project selection, the employee tracks progress across all projects, resolves technical and organizational issues, and prepares regular SVP-level updates and escalations. Examples of issues include resource constraints in participating organizations, conflicting priorities across business lines, vendor capacity limitations requiring strategic and technical decisions, and adjustments to Amazon policies and standard work to meet compressed timelines.
