Job Title: Technical Program Manager - Insurance & IT Service ManagementOverview / Summary We are seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager (TPM) with strong insurance domain expertise and IT Service Management (ITSM) experience to lead complex technology programs across application modernization, insurance platforms, service operations, and digital transformation initiatives.
The ideal candidate will bridge Business, Product, Engineering, Infrastructure, IT Operations, Architecture, Security, Vendors, and senior leadership to ensure programs are delivered on time, within scope, with the required quality and operational readiness.
The role requires a strong understanding of the insurance value chain, including policy administration, underwriting, claims, billing, customer servicing, and insurance technology platforms, along with hands-on knowledge of ITSM processes.
Key Responsibilities - Lead complex technology programs across application modernization, insurance platforms, service operations, and digital transformation initiatives.
- Coordinate across Business, Product, Engineering, Infrastructure, IT Operations, Architecture, Security, Vendors, and senior leadership.
- Ensure programs are delivered on time, within scope, and with the required quality and operational readiness.
- Apply understanding of the insurance value chain, including policy administration, underwriting, claims, billing, and customer servicing.
- Support programs involving insurance technology platforms and IT Service Management processes.
Required Qualifications - Experience as a Technical Program Manager (TPM).
- Strong insurance domain expertise.
- IT Service Management (ITSM) experience.
- Strong understanding of the insurance value chain, including:
- Policy administration
- Underwriting
- Claims
- Billing
- Customer servicing
- Insurance technology platforms
- Hands-on knowledge of ITSM processes.
