- 10 years of experience in program management or engineering leadership.
- Experience with site reliability engineering, developer operations, and developer experience metrics.
Preferred qualifications:- 10 years of experience managing complex cross-functional or cross-team projects.
- 10 years of experience managing execution of programs that span multiple engineering teams.
- Experience in systems reliability engineering at scale.
- Understanding of the product life-cycle in a fast-moving environment.
- Ability to influence and collaborate effectively across organizational boundaries.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $240,000-$334,000 bonus equity benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Responsibilities - Own a portfolio of GCP-wide reliability programs (codes and horizontals).
- Evaluate potential issues/opportunities which may require GCP-wide solutions, improving our ability to execute GCP-wide programs.
- Gather cross-group, cross-functional data, analysis, and planning. Plan for ongoing analysis/response, investment-levels, and eventual clean end of programs.
- Leverage local expertise and strategic understanding of longer-term goals to drive excellence beyond your local portfolio.
- Work with leadership and other program management organizations to discover and understand and share best practices/efficiencies.
