Job Description:
  • Tech PM with 10+ years of experience to lead large-scale application development and modernization programs using Java Microservices and AWS.
  • The role involves driving delivery, stakeholder management, solution alignment, team coordination, and successful execution of cloud-native initiatives.
Responsibilities:
  • Lead end-to-end delivery of Java Microservices and AWS-based transformation programs (Must have Java Microservices and AWS).
  • Manage project planning, scope, timelines, risks, dependencies, and budget.
  • Coordinate with architects, developers, QA, DevOps, and customer stakeholders.
  • Drive Agile/Scrum execution, sprint planning, governance, and status reporting.
  • Ensure adherence to architecture, security, performance, and quality standards.
  • Track program KPIs, resource utilization, and delivery milestones.
  • Support release planning, production readiness, and issue escalation management.
  • Engage with customers to provide project updates and ensure successful outcomes.
