Minimum qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience in program management.

Preferred qualifications:
  • 5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
  • Experience with Cloud APIs, Big Data, Spanner, business intelligence platforms and BigQuery infrastructure.
  • Experience working with Generative AI Agents and AI Platforms.
  • Experience applying Agile Software Development methodologies to manage complex technical deliverables.
  • Experience collaborating with industry partners to evaluate, develop, and deploy novel technologies.

As a Technical Program Manager in Compliance, Safety and Risk Management (CSRM) Technical Operations, you will join the Next-gen AI, data Orchestration, Visualization, and Automation (NOVA) team within GDC's CSRM organization. In this role, you will drive critical automation initiatives, ensuring scalable, reliable, and secure technological solutions that align with strategic compliance, safety, and risk management goals.
