Position OverviewData is central to measuring all aspects of our business and critical to our growth. We're looking for someone to join Autodesk's Product Development & Manufacturing Solutions organization as a Technical Program Manager on our Data & Analytics team. Collaborate with business partners across Product, Finance, Sales and Marketing, as well as Data Engineering, Analytics & Data Science, to drive delivery of critical data initiatives.

Responsibilities- Own end-to-end delivery of data and analytics programs, including data platform enhancements and tooling migrations
- Partner with Data Engineering, Analytics, and business stakeholders to define program scope, requirements, and success metrics
- Define, operationalize, and track key business and program metrics (e.g., product adoption, data quality, pipeline reliability)
- Translate business requirements into technical program plans aligned with data architecture
- Identify and manage dependencies, risks, bottlenecks, and trade-offs across programs; drive mitigation plans and unblock teams
- Communicate program status, risks, and outcomes, and drive alignment through planning processes (e.g., roadmapping, sprint planning) across all levels of leadership
- Improve operational processes, documentation, and program management best practices
- Ensure data governance, quality, and scalability considerations are embedded across initiatives
Minimum Qualifications- 5+ years experience in technical program management, engineering, or data-related roles, including 3+ years experience communicating program outcomes to executives
- Strong understanding of data ecosystems, including pipelines, ETL/ELT, and data warehousing
- Experience with cloud data platforms and modern data stack (e.g. Snowflake, DBT, Airflow, Spark, AWS)
- Experience delivering cross-functional data programs in partnership with Data Engineering and Analytics teams in SaaS or product-led growth environments
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools (e.g. Jira, Atlassian, Sharepoint, Airtable)
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with experience operating in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
- Proven ability to manage stakeholders across Product, Engineering, Finance, Sales and Marketing
- Degree in quantitative field or equivalent experience
Preferred Qualifications- Proficiency in SQL and ability to engage in technical discussions (Python or scripting is a plus)
- Familiarity with product analytics, experimentation frameworks, or clickstream data
- Experience supporting analytics across Sales, Marketing and Product ecosystems (e.g. Salesforce, Marketo, Amplitude, etc.)
- Experience implementing or driving data governance and data quality frameworks at scale
