Full Job Description
We are currently seeking a Global Lead, Technology Transitions to oversee the Technology Onboarding function for Corporate Real Estate (CRE) Service contracts. As Global Lead, Technology Transitions, you'll have responsibility for leading a global team of program and project managers in ensuring quality delivery of all Technology Transitions, working in partnership with our internal partners across all workstreams, as well as our Clients' technology staff. You will drive consistent, quality delivery across all projects, ensuring they run smoothly, and that project risks and issues are managed proactively. The Global Lead, Technology Transitions is accountable for quality, on time, and in-budget delivery. Note: This role is virtual, however requires the ability to flex across time zones and regions as required.

What this job involves:

As a Global Lead, Technology Transitions, you will be directly responsible for:
• Refine portfolio/program structure to drive efficient, consistent, quality delivery of Technology deliverables across Transition projects globally, inclusive of standardized work intake, resourcing and portfolio-level governance and reporting
• Overall accountability for technical program and project management delivery. Acts as a point of internal and external escalation for problem solving and conflict resolution. Escalation point and primary point of contact for senior stakeholders.
• Lead a team of technnology program and project managers (in a matrix environment, with some direct reports and others dotted in) to deliver the client's technology related scope in alignment with Work Dynamics contractual obligations for onboarding new customers.
• Ensure PM rigor and consistency in documentation, delivery, and communication. Oversee team and ensure high quality program and project management delivery, inclusive of project framework, comprehensive project plan, quality meeting minutes, status updates, proactive risk management, and scope management.
• Proactively manage executive stakeholder expectations; effectively communicate with and influence senior stakeholders, both informally and formally through portfolio governance. These stakeholders include internal WD leadership, Account Directors, WD Transition Leads, Sales/Solutions team, InfoSec
• Support development of continuous improvement mechanisms to ensure that tools and processes are constantly evolving. Immediate focus areas:
• Model for working across teams - improving partnerships/collaboration to ensure seamless delivery to our customers
• InfoSec process - working with IT Sec team and WD Transition Lead(s) to streamline/pull up security-related deliverables
• Define and implement improved hand-off plans from Sales to Delivery and from Delivery to Ops
• Operationalize the model for account management post-transition
• Standardize approach and communications points to set expectations with customers around BI delivery (scope and timing)
• Improve resourcing model to adapt to increasing complexity of transitions
• Establish strong business relationships with key stakeholders, bringing a consultative approach, and sharing information around best practices and market trends to help drive stakeholder decision-making

• A Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution, Master's degree preferred
• 15+ Years of program and project management experience. PMP certified preferred. Agile experience a plus. (CSM certification)
• Functional knowledge of corporate real estate, including intersections/dependencies
• Experience with IWMS or other Corporate Real Estate technologies strongly preferred
• Foundational knowledge of CRE data and how it is used by our customers
• Experience with technology integrations a plus
• Ability to thrive in a high-pace environment
• Ability to work across global time zones as required
• Strong consultative skills and organizational prowess
• Strong written and verbal communications skills; ability to effectively communicate with global stakeholders at all levels
• Proactive and situational leadership skills in people and project management
• Self-motivation and desire to always deliver with excellence
• Experience working in large global organizations with complex technical environments as well as dealing with internal and external customers, service providers and vendors
• Strong customer focus with a demonstrated ability to work seamlessly with business stakeholders, end-users, vendors, and technology teams.
• Ability to operate independently with general guidance

Estimated compensation for this position:

160,000.00 - 192,000.00 USD per year

This range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
