You will work within highly collaborative scrum teams and support initiatives across Plan-to-Stock, Product Lifecycle Management System Integration, Production Engineering Optimization, Warehouse Management, and more. [Responsibilities] - Own the design, development, and optimization of SAP data integrations and interfaces. - Drive proof-of-concept initiatives to ensure code changes are both feasible and sustainable, minimizing technical debt in all deliverables. - Scope and size software development activities to support RICEWF requirements. - Review and refine functional and technical specifications for quality and scalability. - Partner with middleware experts to architect seamless system interfaces. - Collaborate with Plan-to-Stock IT developers and cross-functional technology teams to overcome complex design challenges and technical obstacles. - Design, develop, and deploy scalable SAP applications, enhancements, forms, and interfaces. - Mentor junior developers and foster a high-performing, collaborative team environment. - Champion best practices in SAP development and stay ahead of emerging technologies and trends. [Required Skills and Experience] - 15+ years of SAP design and development experience in SAP ECC or SAP S/4HANA. - Proven expertise in Production Engineering Optimization/Operations. - Deep knowledge of Material Master (MM) and API integrations with external systems. - Demonstrated success in large-scale SAP implementations. - Advanced ABAP development proficiency. - Track record of leading collaborative projects and strong communication skills. [Preferred Skills] - Hands-on experience with Restful ABAP (RAP), ABAP Development Tools (ADT), ALV, Adobe Forms, ALE/IDOC, RFC/BAPI, BADI/enhancements, Workflow, LSMW/LTMC, CDS Views, AMDP, AIF, DRF. - Exposure to SAP Fiori Launchpad, Fiori Elements, SAPUI5, Javascript, GIT, WebIDE/BAS. - Experience with SOAP integrations via SOA Manager, ODATA, IDOCs, Proxys. - Focused-build experience and RF screen development.
