JOB SUMMARY
We're seeking a Technical Product Owner with deep Salesforce Experience Cloud expertise to lead high-impact initiatives across lead management, enrollment journeys, and customer scheduling experiences. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in complex environments, owns outcomes end-to-end, and enjoys being the trusted product voice across business and engineering teams. You'll work hands-on within Salesforce, partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders, and guide delivery teams through high-volume, customer-facing use cases.

Key Responsibilities
Prioritize and manage the Salesforce product backlog with clear requirements, acceptance criteria, and delivery expectations.
Lead conversations with business partners on priorities, trade-offs, and roadmap decisions.
Work directly inside Salesforce to understand user flows, Experience Cloud journeys, and platform behavior.
Guide teams through complex lead, enrollment, and scheduling workflows.
Ensure consistent, high-quality delivery across distributed, remote teams.
Serve as the subject-matter expert for Salesforce Experience Cloud and Lightning Scheduler.

Required Qualifications
Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role within the Salesforce ecosystem.
Strong hands-on background with Salesforce Experience Cloud, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Lightning components, and Apex fundamentals.
Experience working in Agile environments and managing a structured product backlog.
Familiarity with data integrations, APIs, and third-party tools (e.g., DocuSign).
Ability to create and modify Salesforce objects, record types, page layouts, and field types.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think strategically and execute tactically.
Excellent communication skills, able to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or equivalent experience.
