The
Technical Product Manager serve as the primary bridge between business and technology teams, facilitating clear communication and decision-making in order to leverage customer insights and feedback to continuously improve Advocate Central's capabilities.

Required Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in product management, technical product ownership, or related role
- 3+ years of experience with software development lifecycle (SDLC) and modern engineering practices
- 3+ years of experience managing product backlogs, prioritization, and tradeoffs across business and technical stakeholders
- 3+ years of experience in translating customer insights and business needs into actionable user stories and requirements
- 3+ years of experience working with Agile/Scrum teams, including backlog refinement and sprint planning activities
- 3+ years of experience balancing customer experience, business priorities, and technical constraints to drive product decisions
Preferred Qualifications:- Ability to showcase and demonstrate critical thinking skill
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and business stakeholders
- Experience owning or supporting a product/module roadmap and release planning
- Experience translating strategy into roadmaps, OKRs, and delivery objectives
- Familiarity with product management tools (e.g., Aha!, Rally, Jira) and backlog management practices
- Experience working in enterprise-scale or healthcare technology environments
- Exposure to data-driven product decision-making and customer feedback analysis
- Experience managing cross-team dependencies and influencing stakeholders without authority

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The salary for this role will range from $72,800 to $130,000 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
