Technical Product Manager - U.S. Citizenship Required

Position Description:

CGI is seeking a Technical Product Manager to support our client in building and enhancing applications for core mission services. We need a leader experienced in managing development efforts across multiple stakeholders and communicating clearly with client leadership and technical teams. The role requires flexibility to adapt to evolving federal priorities.

This position is located in our Fairfax, VA office; however a hybrid working model is acceptable. You will be required to be in our Fairfax, VA office a minimum of two days per week.

Your future duties and responsibilities:
• Collaborate with client leadership to translate business initiatives into a product roadmap
• Build and manage the product roadmap
• Lead requirements discussions and document business processes, rules, and workflows
• Mentor junior staff supporting the product line
• Guide daily standups, backlog grooming, sprint demos, and other Agile ceremonies
• Convert requirements into epics and stories in JIRA
• Participate in design meetings with client technical specialists
• Work with Agile teams to design, build, and deliver cloud-based solutions
• Coordinate integration testing across multiple teams

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
• Due to the nature of the government contract requirements and/or clearance requirements, US citizenship is required as well as successful passing of CGI background check prior to beginning work. In addition, candidates must have ability to obtain and maintain a DHS/CISA EOD/Public Trust clearance.
• 10+ years of IT experience in business architecture and UX/UI design
• 5+ years developing business process models, acceptance criteria, and user interfaces
• 2+ years leading Agile teams or SAFe Release Trains
• Scrum Master or equivalent SAFe certification
• Ability to collaborate with clients, end users, and architects to define products and epics
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Desired skills:
• Strong Excel skills
• Familiarity with SQL
• Familiarity with JSON and API definitions

Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $100,800.00 $218,200.00.
