Position Overview

The goal of Information Technology at Omni Hotels & Resorts is to create an environment that supports and safeguards our mission, strategic objectives, and company culture.

The Product Manager will engage with all aspects of Opera Cloud products, including support, implementation, training, and system configuration. This role is also responsible for managing and overseeing key projects to ensure successful delivery and alignment with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with IT leadership and staff to plan, prioritize, and execute project and product initiatives across the organization.
  • Perform complex, high-impact work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to understand business needs and deliver effective technology solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong cross-functional relationships to ensure successful project and product delivery.
  • Develop business cases and detailed project plans using established project management methodologies.
  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of projects and products, transforming concepts into actionable and successful outcomes.
  • Proactively identify and manage risks, remove obstacles, and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
  • Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for Opera Cloud products, documenting issues, enhancements, and configurations.
  • Provide strategic product insights to improve operational efficiency and revenue performance.
  • Support Opera Property Management System (PMS) implementations for both existing and new hotel properties.
  • Assist customer service teams in resolving system issues and training-related challenges.
  • Investigate and resolve financial reporting discrepancies related to system performance.
  • Analyze problems effectively and develop practical, scalable solutions.
