Full Job Description
What you'll do day-to-day

  • Partner with traders, developers, and cross-functional technology teams in our New York and India offices to understand user needs and deliver internal trading and position management tools.
  • Conduct discovery, scope projects, and translate business needs into clear product and technical requirements.
  • Help execute the product roadmap by prioritizing work, tracking progress, and driving projects through development, rollout, and iteration.
  • Participate in technical discussions around design decisions and system architecture to ensure solutions are robust and aligned with business objectives.
  • Work with distributed development teams to provide product context and support effective delivery.
  • Gather user feedback and identify opportunities to improve existing workflows and tools.


What we're looking for

  • A bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related technical discipline, and up to five years of experience in product management, software development, technical project management, or a related field.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • An aptitude for translating user needs into structured requirements, balancing competing priorities, and driving projects to completion.
  • Sound judgment, attention to detail, and a willingness to dive into complex business and technical workflows.
  • Comfort discussing technical concepts, design decisions, and system architecture.
  • Experience working with distributed teams is a plus, as is familiarity with financial systems, trading workflows, or generative AI technologies.
  • The expected annual base salary for this position is $150,000 to $200,000. Our compensation and benefits package includes variable compensation in the form of a year-end bonus, guaranteed in the first year of hire, and benefits including medical and prescription drug coverage, 401(k) contribution matching, wellness reimbursement, family building benefits, and a charitable gift match program.
