What you'll do day-to-day
Partner with traders, developers, and cross-functional technology teams in our New York and India offices to understand user needs and deliver internal trading and position management tools.
Conduct discovery, scope projects, and translate business needs into clear product and technical requirements.
Help execute the product roadmap by prioritizing work, tracking progress, and driving projects through development, rollout, and iteration.
Participate in technical discussions around design decisions and system architecture to ensure solutions are robust and aligned with business objectives.
Work with distributed development teams to provide product context and support effective delivery.
Gather user feedback and identify opportunities to improve existing workflows and tools.
What we're looking for

The expected annual base salary for this position is $150,000 to $200,000. Our compensation and benefits package includes variable compensation in the form of a year-end bonus, guaranteed in the first year of hire, and benefits including medical and prescription drug coverage, 401(k) contribution matching, wellness reimbursement, family building benefits, and a charitable gift match program.
