Job Title: Technical Product Manager

Location: US-GA-Atlanta (Sandy Springs- Hybrid Schedule)

Job Overview:

Drive the evolution of our external-facing API products by leading definition, execution, and integration efforts that support large online retail and enterprise partnerships.

As a Technical Product Manager, you will operate at the intersection of product, engineering, infrastructure/security [GZ1] and partner enablement, owning the delivery of API capabilities that power critical external integrations. You will work closely with Key Partner Executives, serving as their primary technical and product counterpart, while collaborating with engineering and QA teams to ensure APIs are reliable, scalable, and aligned with business objectives.

This role requires strong technical fluency, disciplined execution, and the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable guidance for internal stakeholders and partner-facing teams.

Key Responsibilities

Product Ownership & Execution
  • Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for external-facing APIs and integration capabilities
  • Define product scope, requirements, and priorities aligned with business needs and partner commitments
  • Manage and maintain the product roadmap and backlog, balancing new capabilities, enhancements, and technical improvements

API & Integration Management
  • Serve as the product owner for API definitions, interfaces, and integration standards
  • Partner with engineering teams to design, deliver, and evolve scalable and secure APIs
  • Ensure API changes are intentional, documented, and communicated through established partner channels
  • Manage API versioning, enhancements, and deprecation strategies

Partner Enablement & Collaboration
  • Act as the primary product and technical point of contact for Key Partner Executives
  • Support Key Partner Executives by clarifying technical capabilities, constraints, and timelines for external partners
  • Assist with partner onboarding, integration planning, and issue resolution in coordination with partner-facing teams

Delivery & Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Work closely with engineering and QA teams throughout development, testing, and release cycles
  • Define acceptance criteria and support UAT and integration testing
  • Identify risks, dependencies, and tradeoffs, and proactively drive alignment and resolution

Communication & Alignment
  • Communicate product direction, progress, risks, and tradeoffs clearly to internal stakeholders
  • Translate complex technical details into clear narratives that support partner-facing discussions
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of API product delivery and integration processes

Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of experience in Technical Product Management, Product Ownership, or a related role; preferably in automotive F&I or Lending space
  • Experience owning and delivering external-facing APIs or integration-based products
  • Experience supporting enterprise or large online retail partnerships and their e-commerce platforms
  • Strong understanding of API concepts, including RESTful services and integration patterns
  • Experience driving roadmap definition, feature delivery, and product tradeoff decisions
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S or Canada
  • Must be able to successfully pass a background check

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience working closely with partner-facing or account management teams
  • Familiarity with tools such as Postman, Swagger/OpenAPI, Jira, and Confluence, Asana
  • Exposure to security, authentication, and compliance considerations for external APIs
  • Experience in project management, business analysis, or process improvement
  • Comfort operating in complex, cross-functional organizations
