At Gallo, we're looking for a Technical Product Manager to take ownership of innovative technical product solutions within our beverage technology portfolio. In this role, you'll partner directly with product and engineering teams to shape and deliver roadmaps that create real, measurable value across the enterprise - all while championing an exceptional experience for both internal and external customers.

You'll lead with purpose, overseeing day-to-day product management activities, driving story development, and guiding cross-functional teams through the full product lifecycle - from concept to commercialization. Whether you're synthesizing customer feedback, translating business needs into functional specifications, or aligning technical architecture with product strategy, your work will directly influence how Gallo leverages technology to stay ahead in a competitive market. You'll own technical product delivery across multiple teams and releases, proactively removing barriers, managing schedules, and ensuring every feature enhancement is thoughtfully implemented and monitored for impact.

We're looking for someone who brings a broad product management skill set and a passion for innovation. You'll monitor emerging technologies, lead research and prototyping initiatives, and serve as a trusted technical liaison for customers and stakeholders alike. Your ability to align customer needs, market opportunities, and business objectives into clear, actionable product strategies will be key to your success. This is a hybrid role requiring a minimum of three onsite days per week, with occasional travel to satellite facilities based on business needs. What You'll Need
  • Bachelor's degree plus 5 years of IT experience to include software development or product analyst experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility; OR Bachelor's degree plus 3 years of technical product management or product ownership experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility; OR High school diploma plus 9 years of IT experience to include software development or product management experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility.
  • 1 year of experience leading software/product engineer/development or business systems analyst teams.
  • Knowledge of waterfall and agile software methodologies.
  • Excellent communication skills with experience explaining complex topics to both technical and non-technical audiences to influence outcomes.
  • Experience balancing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines.
  • Proven experience establishing strong working relationships with cross-functional teams.
  • Required to travel to company offices, sites, and/or meeting locations for onboarding, training, meetings, and events for development, department needs, and business delivery up to 5% of the time, with or without reasonable accommodation. This may be in addition to travel requirements, if applicable, as listed in this job description.

How You'll Stand Out
  • Bachelor's degree plus 7 years of IT experience to include software development or product analyst reflecting increasing levels of responsibility; OR Bachelor's degree plus 5 years of technical product management or product ownership experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility; OR High school diploma plus 11 years of IT experience to include software development reflecting increasing levels of responsibility.
  • Ability to understand broader strategy and develop proactive solutions.
  • Product knowledge within specific product domain.

  • If Supporting Content Delivery:
  • Previous experience implementing, supporting, and/or enhancing Digital Asset Management (DAM) Systems, in particular Sitecore Content Hub.
  • Previous experience implementing, supporting, and/or enhancing Product Information (PIM) Management, in particular Salsify PIM.
  • Previous experience managing the flow of digital content (images, video, audio, documents, copy) from the point of creation to the point of consumption by stakeholders.
