You bring clarity to ambiguity, proactively identify risks, and support informed decisions that keep teams moving forward.

Responsibilities
  • Own end-to-end delivery for multiple initiatives, ensuring quality and timeliness from concept through completion.
  • Drive planning across sprint, milestone, and roadmap levels, aligning team scheduling goals with broader game and technology priorities.
  • Partner with engineering and discipline leads to define scope, priorities, and execution strategies.

  • Ensure clear and consistent communication of status, risks, and progress to stakeholders and leadership.
  • Oversee day-to-day production operations, including sprint planning, feature tracking, and schedule management.

  • Act as a trusted partner and advocate for team members assigned to your initiatives, ensuring they have the support needed to succeed.
  • Drive continuous improvement of development processes, identifying inefficiencies and implementing scalable solutions.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date tracking in Jira, including initiatives, epics, and task-level progress.

Qualifications
  • Proven experience leading complex, cross-functional programs or large scale game feature sets from planning through delivery.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple teams, dependencies, and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience owning delivery, risk management, and communication at a program level.
  • Experience improving and scaling production processes.
  • Ability to influence across disciplines and levels, including senior leadership.
  • Strong understanding of game development pipelines and technical systems.
  • Passion for games and an interest in Apex Legends.
  • 5-8 years of experience in a producer, project manager, or program manager role, ideally within game development or software engineering.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Expert ability to identify risks early and drive effective mitigation strategies.
  • A proactive, ownership-driven mindset with a focus on outcomes.
