Full Job Description
Purpose:

As a Project Manager, you will lead software implementation projects from post-sale through go-live, guiding customers through every stage of their journey. You'll serve as the central point of coordination between customers and internal teams, ensuring projects are delivered efficiently, risks are managed proactively, and customer goals are achieved.

This role combines project leadership, problem solving, and customer partnership. You'll work closely with healthcare organizations to understand their workflows, remove barriers to success, and drive meaningful outcomes. You'll own a portfolio of customer implementations, lead cross-functional teams, and play a key role in shaping how Lunit delivers and scales its AI-driven healthcare solutions.

Why This Role Matters

Your work will directly impact how healthcare providers adopt and benefit from AI technology. Every successful implementation helps clinicians gain faster access to insights, improve operational efficiency, and ultimately enhance patient care. If you thrive on building relationships, solving complex problems, and driving meaningful outcomes, this role offers the opportunity to make a real difference while working at the forefront of healthcare innovation.

What you'll be doing:

  • Lead multiple customer implementation projects simultaneously, managing timelines, milestones, risks, and deliverables from kickoff through go-live and transition to customer success teams.
  • Build trusted relationships with customers and become a strategic partner throughout the implementation process.
  • Facilitate discovery sessions to understand customer workflows, operational processes, and technical requirements.
  • Lead customer-facing meetings including project kickoffs, status reviews, solution planning discussions, executive updates, and go-live readiness reviews.
  • Guide customers through organizational and workflow changes needed for successful adoption of Lunit solutions.
  • Coordinate activities across customer teams and internal stakeholders, including Customer Success, Technical Services, Product, and Sales.
  • Identify project risks, dependencies, scope changes, and customer readiness concerns early, proactively developing mitigation and resolution plans.
  • Communicate project status, key decisions, and implementation progress to stakeholders at all levels.
  • Leverage project management and reporting tools to provide visibility, drive accountability, and support data-driven decisions.
  • Contribute to a culture of operational excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement across the implementation organization.
  • Maintain a strong focus on customer outcomes, balancing speed, quality, and long-term success.

What you will bring to the role:

  • PMP certification required.
  • Associate's degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience managing software implementation or SaaS deployment projects.
  • Experience managing multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced customer-facing environment.
  • Strong project planning, organization, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven ability to influence and coordinate cross-functional teams without direct authority.
  • Ability to analyze complex situations, identify root causes, and develop practical solutions.
  • Strong attention to detail while maintaining focus on the bigger picture.
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity, shifting priorities, and evolving customer needs.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in healthcare IT, clinical software, or medical imaging environments.
  • Familiarity with HL7, DICOM, HIPAA, or other healthcare technology standards.
  • Experience with Salesforce, Smartsheet, Jira, or similar project management platforms.
  • Fluency in Spanish preferred

What you will receive:

The salary range for this role is $95,000 - $115,000 per annum, full time equivalent. Benefits include the option to participate in medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurances; a 401K plan with a company match; and generous paid time off.

Other things to note:
  • This role will be hybrid if the successful applicant lives within commuting distance of our US office (Lynnwood, WA). For candidates outside this location, the role will be fully remote.
  • Candidates must currently have the right to work in the United States to apply.
  • Lunit International operates across multiple time zones, and this role may occasionally require working outside of standard business hours to support international customers or team collaboration. We offer flexible scheduling to help balance these needs with personal commitments/work life balance.
