Job Description:
• Review application design, code, and technical deliverables to ensure adherence to quality, security, performance, and maintainability standards.
• Conduct regular technical assessments and code reviews to identify development gaps, risks, anti-patterns, and technical debt.
• Recommend and enforce software engineering best practices, coding standards, design patterns, and development frameworks.
• Provide guidance on architecture, solution design, integration patterns, cloud adoption, DevSecOps, CICD, and automation practices.
• Evaluate current development processes and propose improvements to enhance delivery quality, efficiency, and scalability.
• Ensure compliance with enterprise architecture standards, security policies, regulatory requirements, and industry frameworks.
• Review testing strategies, test coverage, quality metrics, and non-functional requirements to ensure robust solution delivery.
• Identify opportunities for reusability, modernization, performance optimization, and operational excellence.
• Provide independent technical recommendations and industry insights based on emerging technologies, market trends, and proven practices.
• Collaborate with architects, developers, business stakeholders, and project leadership to drive continuous improvement and technical excellence.
• Establish quality gates, governance checkpoints, and review mechanisms across the software development lifecycle.
• Support risk identification, mitigation planning, and remediation tracking for technical and delivery issues.
