Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Automation Anywhere Developer to design, develop, test, and deploy Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions using Automation Anywhere A360. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, business analysts, and technical teams to identify automation opportunities and deliver scalable, high-quality automation solutions that improve operational efficiency and reduce manual effort.
Key Responsibilities- Design, develop, test, and deploy RPA bots using Automation Anywhere A360.
- Analyze business processes and identify automation opportunities.
- Create Process Design Documents (PDD), Solution Design Documents (SDD), and technical documentation.
- Develop and maintain Task Bots, MetaBots, IQ Bots, and reusable components.
- Configure and manage Automation Anywhere Control Room.
- Integrate bots with applications such as SAP, Oracle, ServiceNow, Workday, Salesforce, and web-based systems.
- Implement OCR, API integrations, email automation, and document processing solutions.
- Perform unit testing, UAT support, deployment, and production monitoring.
- Troubleshoot bot failures, perform root cause analysis, and implement fixes.
- Ensure adherence to RPA best practices, coding standards, security policies, and governance guidelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Provide production support and continuous improvement for existing automations.

Requirement Analysis-Participate in requirement discussions with client stakeholders to define solution and implementation level needs basis the business requirements.
Designing-Create solution architecture designs to meet cross-system interactions and business logic integration requirements, ensuring system cohesion across multiple applications.
Integration assessment and support-Assess and evaluate interactions across multiple applications by evaluating implementation dependencies and integration requirements.
Troubleshooting-Support validation of solution components during implementation and ensures the solution functions as designed.
Risk Analysis and Assessment-Assist in identifying potential risks by evaluating system performance of implemented architectural solutions, to ensure efficient system landscape.
Mandatory Skills: Enterprise RPA-UIPath.
Experience: 8-10 Years.
The expected compensation for this role ranges from $80,000 to $173,800 .
Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
