8+ years of strong experience as an IVR Developer with expertise in both application development and production support.
Hands-on experience in designing, developing, and maintaining DTMF-based IVR applications using Cisco Voice Portal (CVP).
Strong proficiency in Cisco CVP, VXML, Call Studio, and UCCE, with a deep understanding of IVR architecture and call flows.
Expertise in integrating IVR applications with Java-based backend services and enterprise systems.
Ability to develop scalable, high-performing, and resilient IVR solutions aligned with business requirements.
Hands-on experience in unit testing, troubleshooting, debugging, and performance tuning of IVR applications.
Proven capability to provide Level 2/Level 3 production support and drive issue resolution within SLA timelines.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to handle complex production incidents and root cause analysis.
Flexibility to work in a 24x7 support environment, including rotational shifts and on-call support as required.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across development, testing, and operations teams.
Mandatory Skills: Interactive Voice Response Development.
Experience: 5-8 Years.
The expected compensation for this role ranges from $60,000 to $135,000 .
Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
