Job DescriptionRole PurposeThe purpose of this role is to facilitate application solutions by developing and reviewing module-level codes, creating replication patterns, performing root cause analysis to identify recurring issues and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure stable, well-documented deliverables that meet business objectives.
͏Key Responsibilities:- Administer, manage, and support large Hadoop node clusters in production environments
- Provide L2/L3 production support for Hadoop platforms
- Monitor cluster performance, troubleshoot issues, and perform root cause analysis
- Handle incidents, service requests, and operational issues with strong ownership
- Collaborate with business users and technical teams to resolve production issues
- Ensure adherence to SLAs and operational best practices
- Participate in on-call and support rotations as required
Required Skills:Primary Skill:- Hadoop Administration- Senior Role: Extensive experience in Hadoop production support-
- Mid-Senior Role: Minimum 7+ years of L2 Hadoop Admin support experience
- Hands-on experience managing large Hadoop clusters in production
- Strong troubleshooting and operational support skills
- Experience working in enterprise-scale environments

The expected compensation for this role ranges from $60,000 to $135,000 .
Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
