Full Job Description
What you will do
  • AI Workflow Engineering: Build and iterate on automated content/data pipelines for GEO/SEO using LLM APIs, web crawling, and automation platforms (Dify, Coze, n8n, LangChain, or custom scripts).
  • Technical SEO Implementation: Understand front-end architecture deeply enough to independently write and validate JSON-LD structured data, and to monitor and resolve Core Web Vitals issues and crawl/indexing errors.
  • Data-Driven Insight: Build dashboards grounded in real search intent data; use SQL/Python to process multi-source data and produce structured inputs that inform strategy.
  • Cross-Functional Orchestration: Act as the bridge between engineering and operations - scoping and driving technical requests so that GEO-related front-end changes are implemented accurately and on schedule.
  • Time Zone & Async Collaboration: Operate effectively with limited (1-2 hour) daily overlap between US and Shenzhen teams; drive async-friendly documentation and decision-making.
  • AI Frontier Scanning: Track releases from major AI/dev tools (Anthropic, OpenAI, Cursor, Replit, Vercel, Profound, Otterly), test new capabilities within days of launch, and share implications via a weekly digest and ad-hoc Slack alerts

Skills, qualifications and experience we look for
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a science or engineering field, with solid fundamentals in computer networks and data structures
  • Demonstrated, independently-built personal projects using AI technology (LLM API integration, RAG, agent frameworks, automation pipelines) demonstrated through channels such as a GitHub repo, live demo, hackathon submission, or deployed project (Devpost, Replit, Vercel)

Preferred Qualifications
  • Familiarity with front-end fundamentals (HTML, CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript)
  • Hands-on experience with Cursor, Claude Code, Replit, Vercel, Dify, n8n, LangChain
  • Internship at an AI-native startup
  • Open-source contributions related to AI, search, or scraping tooling

What we offer
