Training / Technical Documentation SpecialistPrimary Responsibilities• Develop and maintain program training plans, course materials, user guides, SOPs, Process Desk Guides and Tip Sheets.
• Assess user training needs and coordinate training with system changes/releases.
• Conduct Government-approved training, primarily virtually unless otherwise directed.
• Maintain documentation so CSP processes are repeatable, auditable and understandable to Government and contractor personnel.
Required Skills• 3-6+ years in technical writing, training, instructional development or business/process documentation.
• Bachelor's degree required in communications, instructional design, business, IT or related field.
• Technical writing.

• Standard Operating Procedures.

• Business-process/workflow documentation.

Location & Work Requirements- Candidates must be local to the Washington, DC metropolitan area and prepared to work onsite as needed based on business requirements.
- U.S. citizenship is required for this position.
- This position is contingent upon contract award.
Preferred certifications: CPTD, instructional-design/training certification, technical-writing certification or similar.
Salary Range $95,000-$105,000
