What You Bring
Master's degree in electrical power engineering or a related field, combined with over 10 years' experience in the energy sector, showcasing a proven track record of successful consulting or substation projects.
Advanced knowledge and experience in transmission planning and operational studies (100 kV ~ 765 kV), including power system performance analyses such as steady state analysis, dynamic stability, voltage stability, protection coordination, interaction between assets and control systems.
A deep understanding of ISO and utilities for new resource application approval processes and grid planning considerations, with relevant experience in collaborating and communicating with TSOs, DSOs, utilities, and developers.
Proficiency in Power Electronic applications (HVDC, STATCOM, Electrolyzer, BESS etc.), power transmission systems, data centers, grid code compliance, and new resource commercial development, along with knowledge of renewable generation technologies like Wind and Solar.
An analytical and strategic mindset, eager to explore and implement innovative solutions, complemented by excellent communication and negotiation skills to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
Willing to travel approximately 30% domestically and internationally.
