Systems Innovations Technical Development Manager | Build the Team. Elevate the Talent.

Location: Orlando, FL
Starting Pay: $80,000 to $96,000 annually
Schedule: Full-Time | Onsite

Are you ready to lead the development of technical talent supporting cutting-edge system integrations? LMGSI, a division of Entertainment Technology Partners, is seeking a Full-Time Systems Innovations Technical Development Manager to guide the growth and readiness of our field workforce.

This role is ideal for a strong leader who is passionate about coaching, training, and building high-performing teams in a fast-paced, technical environment.
What You'll Be Doing

Team Development and Leadership
• Develop, coach, and mentor full-time Foremen, creating individualized development plans to enhance technical, teaching, and leadership skills
• Provide ongoing guidance, support, and communication for field staff, including performance reviews and scheduling coordination
• Lead with a hands-on approach to foster growth, accountability, and team excellence

Training and Workforce Development
• Identify skill gaps across internal teams and freelance labor
• Build and oversee training programs to upskill technicians and meet evolving project demands
• Oversee onboarding programs for new hires and freelancers, ensuring readiness and alignment with company standards
• Support and help deliver training initiatives including Introduction to SI programs and SI Boot Camp

Resource Planning and Staffing
• Build and expand a nationwide network of qualified freelance labor and labor providers
• Vet and onboard new external resources to strengthen workforce capacity
• Partner with Project Managers to ensure proper staffing for each installation project

Operational Support and Compliance
• Ensure compliance with company safety standards, policies, and required technical certifications
• Partner with senior leadership to develop clear career progression paths aligned with performance and organizational needs
• Supervise and support the Field Services Staffing Coordinator and assist Service department operations as needed

• Strong understanding of AV systems, integration environments, or technical field operations
