Technical Deployment LeaditD is seeking a
Technical Deployment Lead to drive coordination and delivery oversight across a portfolio of global collaboration technology initiatives. This role will act as the central point of alignment across multiple concurrent programs-ensuring visibility into progress, managing dependencies, and proactively mitigating risks to keep complex, multi-site deployments on track. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in
technical program delivery and cross-functional coordination and a proven track record of delivering
large-scale, multi-site deployments with strong stakeholder alignment and operational readiness.
Location: Onsite - Menlo Park, CA (5 days/week)
Pay Rate: $40 - $41 per hour, depending on experience
Duration: 12 months

Responsibilities- Lead cross-program coordination by maintaining a consolidated view of milestones, risks, dependencies, and overall program health
- Drive alignment across cross-functional teams including IT, facilities, security, workplace services, and delivery partners
- Establish and manage program cadences (stand-ups, reviews) to ensure consistent progress across multiple initiatives
- Track and communicate risks, blockers, and status updates to senior stakeholders with clear recommendations
- Coordinate readiness for production environments, event spaces, and collaboration technology deployments
- Support hands-on delivery activities including procurement tracking, equipment validation, and deployment documentation
- Interpret and mark up deployment drawings (AutoCAD/Bluebeam) to guide vendors and ensure execution accuracy
Internal Responsibilities- Attend regular internal practice community meetings
- Collaborate with your itD practice team on industry thought leadership
- Complete client case studies and learning material (blogs, media material)
- Build out material to contribute to the Digital Transformation practice
- Attend internal itD networking events (in person and virtual)
- Work with leadership on career fast-track opportunities
Required Qualifications and Skills- 6+ years of experience in technical program delivery or program coordination
- Proven experience managing multi-site or global programs with multiple dependencies
- Strong cross-functional stakeholder management at a senior level
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence leadership
- Working knowledge of AV/VC and collaboration technologies (conference rooms, event spaces)
- Experience managing program risks, timelines, and reporting across multiple workstreams
- Ability to operate effectively across multiple US time zones in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications and Skills- Experience in enterprise AV/IT or collaboration technology environments
- Background managing large-scale, multi-site deployment programs
- Familiarity with event production or broadcast environments
- Experience with AutoCAD, Bluebeam, or similar tools for deployment documentation
- Prior experience working in fast-paced, large-scale tech organizations
Education- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience required
