Role SummaryWe are looking for an experienced
Technology Delivery Manager to lead marketing and digital technology programs. The role involves managing project delivery, budgets, stakeholders, teams, and technology initiatives while ensuring high-quality outcomes.
Key Responsibilities - Lead end-to-end delivery of marketing, digital, and advisor engagement projects.Manage project scope, budgets, timelines, and financial reporting.
- Oversee technology platforms such as Adobe Experience Cloud, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Hearsay, AWS, APIs, and digital channels.
- Drive Agile, DevOps, and CI/CD best practices to improve delivery speed and quality.Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Work closely with senior business and technology stakeholders (CMO, CIO, CTO, Digital & Marketing Leaders).
- Lead and mentor delivery managers, architects, technical leads, and Agile teams.
- Establish strong governance, reporting, KPI tracking, and continuous improvement processes.
Preferred Skills - Marketing Technology: Adobe Experience Cloud, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Hearsay
- Cloud & Integration: AWS, APIs, Data Pipelines
- Delivery Methodologies: Agile, Scrum, SAFe, Kanban, DevOps, CI/CD
- Strong stakeholder, financial, and team management skills.
The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: 139,992 to 160,800.
