This role is responsible for managing moderately complex technical delivery projects, applying deep knowledge of the function and organization to solve problems that may lack well-defined solutions. The position operates with a high degree of independence, providing guidance to junior team members while ensuring successful project execution.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and oversee technical delivery projects from initiation through completion, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Analyze and resolve moderately complex problems using functional expertise and organizational knowledge.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior employees to support their development and project contributions.
  • Coordinate cross-functional collaboration to facilitate effective communication and project progress.
  • Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure successful delivery.
  • Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders and leadership.
