Job Description

The Technical Delivery Manager plays a pivotal role in driving high-impact initiatives across Domino's U.S. eCommerce Operations. This role is responsible for leading cross-functional delivery efforts across web, native apps, and platform (small services), ensuring seamless execution of strategic priorities such as feature development, national windows, new product development, DNAF funded projects/national windows, and performance optimization. The TDM III will manage delivery across multiple product value streams, while coordinating with internal stakeholders and external vendors. This role does not have direct reports but leads cross-functional teams to deliver against aggressive timelines and evolving business needs.

Main responsibilities
  • Self-starter who works independently, with little direction, and manages various development teams to deliver world class software for our customers.
  • Develop and maintain project/delivery plans that align with business priorities, technical feasibility, and resource availability.
  • Understand and provide resource planning as it correlates to allowable budget and proper team forecasting.
  • Apply Agile, Scrum, and hybrid methodologies to manage sprint cycles, backlog grooming, and release planning.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for delivery coordination across Product Owners, Engineering, QA, SRE, INFOSEC, Network teams, Retail, ASPE, NGSS/Pulse, Master Menu and external vendors
  • Proactively initiate hyper-care processes for major releases and high-volume order days, ensuring operational readiness and rapid issue resolution 5.
  • Proactively escalate blockers and risks to leadership, while driving resolution through structured communication, leadership, and stakeholder alignment.
  • Track and report delivery metrics, conversion rates, and defect reduction outcomes using various forms of communication and radiators of information, e.g., Splunk and Grafana
  • Facilitate post-release reviews and continuous improvement cycles to enhance delivery quality and team performance.
  • Support compliance and legal escalations by integrating regulatory requirements into delivery plans (e.g., pricing structures, junk fees, accessibility).
  • Understand budgets and implications for them as they relate to staffing and management of teams as they relate to project plans and forecasting.
  • Mentors Technical Business Analysts and junior TDMs


Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, Business Management, or related field.
  • 4+ years of experience leading delivery in fast-paced, multi-team environments.
  • 3+ years of experience in eCommerce operations, including web and mobile platforms.
  • Strong understanding and practical experience with the use and implementation of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including executive-level reporting.
  • Experience coordinating with offshore and vendor teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives and adapt to shifting priorities.
  • Familiarity with compliance, legal, and regulatory requirements in digital commerce.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office business applications (especially Excel and PowerPoint) as well as JIRA, Confluence, Splunk, and Grafana.
  • Expertise in software delivery using various project methodologies in a fast-paced environment that includes internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and presentation skills (in facilitating and leading executive-level steering committees, project, and team meetings).
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to manage expectations and issues effectively and establish/maintain a high level of customer trust and confidence.
  • Experience working in a hybrid software development environment with both onshore and offshore project teams which comprise business analysts, developers, architects, quality assurance, organizational change management, and Business and IT product owners.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision; to manage several projects/iterations at once; to remain composed in pressure situations adapting quickly to change.
  • Certified Scrum Product Owner/Scrum Master equivalent certifications preferred.
