Skills and Responsibilities:
• Technical Business Analyst, Cybersecurity Analysis & Requirements Management.
• Collaborate with cybersecurity, application, and operations teams to gather and analyse technical and business requirements.
• Translate cybersecurity and operational requirements into clear, actionable documentation and process flows.
• Develop, review, and maintain technical and operational documentation, including Runbooks, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Playbooks, Process Flows and Knowledge Base Articles.
• Maintain document repositories and establish documentation governance practices.
• Work with technical teams to document end-to-end operational processes and workflows.
• Support Disaster Recovery (DR), Business Continuity (BC), and security operational procedures documentation.
• Facilitate meetings, workshops, and requirement-gathering sessions with business and technical stakeholders.
• Act as a liaison between cybersecurity, operations, and project teams to ensure alignment of objectives and deliverables.
• Ensure documentation and processes align with cybersecurity policies, regulatory requirements, and industry best practi ces.
