The Technical Business Analyst will act as a key bridge between business stakeholders and technology teams, translating business needs into clear technical and functional requirements and ensuring data solutions deliver expected outcomes. The role involves eliciting and analyzing requirements, supporting projects through the full development lifecycle, and producing high-quality documentation such as technical specifications and data mappings. It also includes applying domain expertise to drive business value, analyzing data to generate insights, troubleshooting system issues, and validating solutions through testing and user acceptance. Operating with a high degree of independence, the analyst handles complex, non-routine challenges while ensuring alignment between business objectives and technical delivery.
Investigates and identifies strategies to optimize business operations and services, and inform business decisions. Defines business requirements to inform technology build and operations by sourcing and analyzing relevant data, reviewing and documenting business processes and collaborating with business stakeholders. Sources business and market data to evaluate the effect of projects on business results. Also assesses the efficiency and the performance of technology (software, hardware and the wider IT system) to deliver expected business results. Identifies and analyzes malfunctions, system workflow, and troubleshoots issues raised by business.

Salaries for part-time roles will be pro-rated based on number of hours regularly worked.
