Could you be the full-time O&M Data Manager & Analyst in Kingston, Ontario we're looking for?

Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your data management and analytical expertise in a cutting-edge field. You'll work alongside collaborative, innovative, and supportive teammates.

You'll help power data-driven decision-making across our global Train Operations & System Maintenance (TOSM) organization. Day-to-day, you'll work closely with teams across the business (engineering, RAMS, finance, quality, IS&T, and regional PMOs), develop predictive and operational models, and much more.

You'll specifically take care of building clean, scalable datasets and data pipelines from diverse operational sources, but also creating dynamic dashboards and KPIs to empower decision-making.

We'll look to you for:

  • Identifying and closing data quality gaps across regions, projects, and functions

Compensation: The expected compensation for this role is75,000 - $105,000, based on experience and qualifications. Final compensation will be based on skills, experience, and internal equity.
