Qualifications

• Deep expertise in core Java, Java EE, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, Hibernate/JPA, and RESTful APIs.
• Proven experience designing microservices, event-driven architectures, and distributed systems.
• Hands-on knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
• Exceptional communication skills and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical leaders.

Responsibilities

• Design high-level and low-level architectural blueprints for Java-based applications with a focus on scalability and security.
• Guide and mentor development teams, enforce coding standards, and conduct design and code reviews.
• Research emerging technologies, build proof-of-concepts, and evaluate their fit for business applications.
• Develop strategies for integrating Java systems with external APIs, databases, or legacy systems, including cloud migration.
• Collaborate with product managers, QA, DevOps, and senior stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
