Full Job Description
You Are:

An experienced technical architect with proven success in aligning child welfare technology with business goals, fostering client relationships, leading high performance teams, and driving digital transformations. Expert in the design and delivery of cost-effective and high-performance infrastructure, application architecture, and large-scale system integrations.

The Work:
  • Lead a technical team through current state assessment, analysis, recommendations, prioritization, and future-state roadmap development.
  • Work with the project team, team leaders, project delivery leads, and client stakeholders to understand current state landscape.
  • Identify system limitations, data quality issues, and operational constraints affecting operations and service delivery.
  • Define future state recommendations to improve performance, capability, and scalability needs.


Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements.

What You Need:
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in Delivery Management specifically System Integration.
  • A minimum of 5 years experience in Child Welfare processes and supporting technologies, such as SACWIS, CCWIS, AFACRS, IV-E, etc.
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent (12 years) work experience (If an, Associate's Degree with 6 years of work experience).


Bonus Points If:
  • Experience with Salesforce platform
  • Experience with child welfare advisory / technology consulting
