Summary: We are seeking an experienced IT professional to work in an outsourcing environment, collaborating with service providers to ensure technical solutions align with our enterprise's business strategy and architecture. This role involves troubleshooting performance issues, analyzing solution feasibility, and advising on technology value within business processes.
Responsibilities:- Collaborate with service providers to ensure technical solutions are aligned with business strategy and architecture.
- Work closely with performance managers and quality assurance staff to review and analyze service provider problems.
- Troubleshoot performance issues and resolve problems with service providers.
- Track industry trends and maintain knowledge of new technologies to evaluate service requests and provider proposals.
- Advise on leveraging solutions across the enterprise and identify opportunities for innovation and cost reduction.
- Provide input into the technical architecture for outsourcing projects.
- Coach and mentor junior technical staff.
- Act as a subject matter expert or technical leader/consultant on projects.
Required Skills:- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Business Administration or related field, or equivalent work experience.
- A minimum of 7 years of IT experience within one or more specialty areas.
- Deep understanding of information systems, networking theory, and architecture standards.
- Expert/lead technical role proficiency, working on complex tasks and projects with high degrees of risk and impact.
- Ability to work in a consultative manner without providing administrative or management support.
