Full Job Description
Summary: The HR/IT Business Partner acts as the strategic liaison between Human Resources and IT, providing leadership support and counsel in workforce planning, recruiting, training, career development, organization design, performance management, and more. This role involves working closely with the CIO and IT leadership to develop and implement a people strategy aligned with the IT organization's goals, driving cultural change, and fostering a high-performing workforce.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the CIO and IT leadership team to develop a comprehensive people strategy.
  • Drive innovation and continuous improvement within the IT workforce.
