You will bridge the gap between Partners, Customers and Internal Teams, driving technical alignment, proactive optimization, and long-term relationship success. Technical Account Manager, your impact will be:
- Collaborate with Customers and Partners alike to plan, design, deploy, and configure Claroty's solutions to meet their technical and business objectives while driving measurable value.
- Serve as the primary technical point of contact and subject matter expert for Customers and Partners, owning all technical requirements and ensuring alignment with best practices.
- Provide ongoing technical guidance, architecture recommendations, and optimization strategies to maximize product adoption and performance.
- Provide support, enablement, and oversight to Partners leading Customer deployments.
- Proactively identify risks, gaps, and opportunities for improvement across customer environments.
- Translate feedback, industry trends, and field insights into actionable recommendations for Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams.
- Develop technical artefacts, documentation, playbooks, and best practices to streamline deployments and enhance service delivery.
- Support escalations and complex technical scenarios in partnership with Support and R&D teams.
- Drive executive-level technical conversations and present strategic roadmaps aligned with cybersecurity and operational objectives.
RequirementsWhat you need to succeed in this role:- 5+ years of experience in Professional Services, Technical Account Management, Network Engineering, or similar customer-facing technical roles.
- Experience working with US Federal Customers, including navigating agency-specific requirements, adhering to federal compliance and security standards, coordinating with cross-agency stakeholders, and delivering solutions within regulated government environments.
- Understanding of relevant Standards & Frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO/IEC) with a specific understanding of IEC 62443.
- Practical knowledge of Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) principles applied to critical infrastructure and cyber-physical systems.
- Deep knowledge of IT networking; prior experience as a Network Architect is highly beneficial.
- Strong understanding of networking standards and protocols, including TCP/IP, routing, switching, DNS, DHCP, and segmentation principles.
- Solid understanding of core cybersecurity principles and secure network architecture.
- Network and Cybersecurity Certifications (e.g., CCNA, Security+, GICSP, CISSP) are a plus.
- Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage both technical and executive stakeholders.
- Customer-centric mindset with the ability to build trusted, long-term partnerships.
- Willingness to travel up to 30-40%.

Nice to have:- Foundational understanding of OT Cybersecurity practices and Operational Technology (OT) / ICS environments and industrial networks.
The expected base salary range for this role is between $160,000 - $190,000 USD, determined by objective criteria including skills, qualifications, and experience level. This range represents base salary only and does not include variable compensation components such as equity or bonuses. Details regarding the broader total rewards package will be shared prior to interviews.
