Job Summary

Acrisure is seeking a Technical Account Manager to support and grow strategic client partnerships across the Vave API product suite. This role will work closely with the Head of Distribution, underwriting teams, analytics teams, and technology partners to ensure successful product integration, client engagement, and ongoing business growth.

The Technical Account Manager will serve as a primary point of contact for clients, supporting both business and technical discussions while helping partners maximize the value of Vave's underwriting and API capabilities. This role combines client relationship management, technical troubleshooting, project coordination, analytics collaboration, and API product expertise.

This position is ideal for someone with a technical and analytical background who enjoys working directly with clients, solving problems, and collaborating cross-functionally to improve products, processes, and client experience.
Responsibilities
  • Serve as a primary point of contact between Vave product partners and internal underwriting, analytics, and technology teams
  • Support successful onboarding, integration, and ongoing management of Vave API products and partnerships
  • Communicate client feedback, product insights, and enhancement opportunities to internal stakeholders
  • Develop and track measurable KPIs related to client growth, product adoption, and operational performance
  • Become a subject matter expert in Vave underwriting products and API functionality
  • Support client troubleshooting activities and resolve business-as-usual technical issues in a timely manner
  • Work directly with client technical teams to investigate issues, answer questions, and perform manual data analysis or overrides using SQL
  • Collaborate with product, analytics, and development teams to improve functionality, automate processes, and enhance the client experience
  • Share underwriting insights, portfolio analytics, and reporting with clients when appropriate
  • Facilitate training and support for client teams across multiple time zones
  • Support multiple concurrent projects and initiatives in a fast paced environment
  • Perform additional duties and projects as assigned
Requirements
  • Degree in an analytical discipline such as Mathematics, Science, Engineering, Economics, or related field required
  • Proficiency with SQL query language required
  • Strong Excel skills required
  • Knowledge of REST APIs required
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and business stakeholders
  • Experience managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
  • Client-facing experience or interest in client relationship management beneficial
  • Experience with API testing tools such as Postman beneficial
  • Additional programming language experience beneficial
  • US Property insurance experience highly beneficial
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities
  • Ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional teams
  • High attention to detail and ability to work within deadlines
Education and Licenses
  • Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Science, Engineering, Economics, or another analytical discipline required
  • Additional technical certifications or programming experience beneficial


Pay Details:

The base compensation range for this position is $80,000 - $90,000. This range reflects Acrisure's good faith estimate at the time of this posting. Placement within the range will be based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to skills, experience, qualifications, location, and internal equity.

Candidates should be comfortable with an on-site presence to support collaboration, team leadership, and cross-functional partnership.
