Role description
We are looking for an experienced Technical Program Manager TPM with strong WordPress and web platform delivery experience to lead program execution sprint planning delivery governance release coordination risk management and stakeholder communication for the WordPress engineering team.
The TPM will work closely with Front end FE BackEnd BE FullStack Development FSD QA and Systems Engineering teams to drive predictable high quality delivery
Key Responsibilities
Lead sprint planning backlog refinement prioritization and delivery tracking for WordPress engineering initiatives
Manage end to end execution across WordPress development integrations enhancements maintenance and production support
Track program status milestones risks dependencies blockers issues and escalations drive timely resolution
Establish and manage program governance cadence including sprint reviews status meetings stakeholder reviews and leadership updates
Partner with Product Engineering QA and Systems Engineering teams to align scope priorities release plans and timelines
Coordinate cross functional delivery across FE BE FSD QA DevOps System Engineering and business stakeholders
Drive release planning and deployment readiness including production support coordination and post release followup
Facilitate issue triage prioritize action items assign owners and ensure closure of delivery commitments
Maintain RAID logs project plans dashboards action trackers and executive status reports

Required Skills
6 years of experience in Technical Program Management preferably within web or digital platforms
