Looking to hire ServiceNow Architect for our client in San Diego, CA

Job Description:
"Architect familiar with new Flow designer and legacy workflows as well as how custom workflows are tested during upgrades):
Identifying patterns among customer base as to what modules, custom workflows the customers have
Developing V1 to V2 migration toolkit
Define and create a test environment (a master test environment covering broad set of customers and use-cases), test data sets and testing in the lab
Customer upgrade planning: Customer communication, customer specific testing and the actual upgrade
Customer support (Proactive support for a period of time, to ensure the upgrade is not creating any issues and things are not broken; Testing we do in the lab may give us 80-90% confidence)
And may be additional items
Experience with Flow Design
Experience in working with Banking / Financial / Healthcare Domain"
